If you are missing a payment, or believe your payment is incorrect, please refer to the following steps:

1. Reach out to the agent/individual who booked you to see if they have received any cheques or correspondence from Production.
   
   
2. Have your agent reach out to Production to inquire on your behalf.
   
   
3. If you do not have an agent, please visit ACTRA Ottawa’s What’s Shooting page for Production information and get in touch with Production’s accounting department. [Be prepared with your voucher, contract, or email with booked or cancelled dates].
   
   
4. If Production does not respond to you or your agent, please email ottawa@actra.ca so we can follow up. [Remember to include all of the correspondence you have sent to Production ].
